I decided to photograph corners and edges of the pools- carrying on with my idea of ‘water being contained’. The images are very basic, if not a bit deadpan, however I quite like this, as a swimming pool is not much fun to look at unless you’re in it.

From this shoot I have decided to not only look into water being contained, but also to expand on the properties of water- how water affects everything as it is the main element that makes up this planet.

I have decided to incorporate human’s need for water and also what water dose to things.

Illustrate open space by the movement of the model- Make the model’s movements show freedom within the space, splash, and swim – no restraint. Also use the model to illustrate the space she occupies is large and significant and the body is just a small disruptive element within it.
